Our Trenchless Sewer Replacement will eliminate costly landscaping charges, helping to streamline our job, keeping everything in tact, two small holes is normally all that’s required to access and replace your broken sewer.
If Trenchless Sewer Replacement is not for your job, we have another option, We can Re-line your sewer, this process will require one hole, not two. This process includes inserting a fiberglass liner that will adhere to the inner lining of your existing sewer, and form to fit without having to remove any piping. We normally use this process to repair the sewer from your connection to the city connection. This section of piping is normally called the city lateral. Traditionally having this sewer repaired or replaced is a very costly, our process will cut the cost of this repair in half if not more.
Tankless Water Heaters are one of newest technologies to help in the fight of conserving energy. Hot water on demand will eliminate the loss of gas by removing a traditional pilot light that wastes gas by burning 24hrs a day 365 days a week. These new hot water on demand heaters will also eliminate wasted gas by only firing up when needed. Special Rebates are available through the gas company and may be available through the State of California as well.
Many different Toilets are available, in the 70’s with water being scarce, it was required that all new toilets to be installed must be a maximum of 1.6gpf (gallons per flush) to help conserve water, with today’s technology we now have residential toilets that flush less then .75gpf to help conserve even more water when possible.
Excessive Pressure is the number one cause for water damage in a home, when the city uses less water (in the evening) the water pressure increases, the maximum pressure allowed in any home or business is 80psi (static pressure) if more then 80psi enters your home you run a major risk of blowouts or possible pre-mature failing of appliances, faucets or fixtures. Another issue that can cause excessive banging in pipes or drippy faucets is Thermo Expansion, this process happens when a Water Heater heats the water and the steam has no way of exiting your plumbing system, this can cause excessive pressure to build up inside your system causing pre-mature failures to fixtures and appliances through-out your home.
